Town Manager

The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Town government and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Town according to policies set by the five-member citizen-elected Town Council. 

John Jansons currently serves as Town Manager. John has a wide breadth of knowledge and over 22 years of experience in the public sector, including previous city manager positions. He is an accomplished local government leader with extensive knowledge in community development, economic development, water and water reclamation, transportation and administration. His successful track record includes implementing and managing various programs including downtown revitalization, affordable housing, business retention, business expansion and water conservation.
