A more intimate setting is provided at this facility with one large room that has a dining capacity of 93 persons, a smaller meeting room with an assembly capacity of 30 persons, and a warming kitchen. Outdoors is a swimming pool, patio area, and adjacent barbeque area.
The outdoor space is available after senior program hours: Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 – 8:00 pm.

A security deposit is required for all rental events. The deposit is refundable if the facility is returned to its original condition. All fees must be received at least two weeks prior to the event. Reservations are taken up to one year in advance. The deposit and non-refundable application fee is due when application is submitted.
Set Up / Clean Up
Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. A facility attendant assists by setting up tables and chairs, and with other tasks.
The renter is responsible for restoring the facility and kitchen to its original condition. The facility attendant is responsible for putting away all tables and chairs.
Security guards will be required if alcoholic beverages are being served during rental events. Security guards may also be required at large events and/or youth-oriented events where no alcoholic beverages are being served.
