The Town of Windsor Master Fee Schedule includes charges that may be included in utility bills, miscellaneous invoices, or charged at our front counter.

Dog licenses are required for all dogs over four months old. Owners have 30 days after acquiring a new dog or moving into Windsor to license their dog. Options for registering your dog are:
