Refund Policy
General Guidelines
You may withdraw from a class and receive a refund up to four business days in advance of the date of the first class. For swim lessons, the deadline is seven days in advance of the first lesson. The amount of the refund issued depends on the date of withdrawal.
Refund Option #1 - Seven Days or More in Advance
Participants who withdraw from a class more than seven business days before the date of the first class may receive:
- A credit to their recreation program account, less a $5 processing fee per registration or
- A refund, less a $15 processing fee per registration.
Refund Option #2 - Four to Seven Days in Advance
Participants who withdraw four to seven business days before the date of the first class will receive 50% of the class fee credited to their recreation program account per registration.
No Refunds, Transfers or Credits
From three business days before the date of the first class, no refunds, transfers or credits will be given.
Full Refunds
A full refund will be issued to a participant only if a class / activity is canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department. Refunds take approximately three weeks to process. Credits on accounts will remain on the customer account for one year from the date of withdrawal.
