Two annual community cleanup events are provided to residential subscribers of Windsor Refuse and Recycling. The events are held in the spring and fall and are usually held at the Town's corporation yard located at 8400 Windsor Road across from Windsor High School.  Each event is three days long.  Residential subscribers may bring a load of waste to dispose of at no cost. Subscribers must bring proof of their subscription.  Recylers are on hand to divert recyclable materials.
