Sewer & Water
For all issues related to sewer please call (707) 838-1000 immediately

Please call (707) 838-1000 to report the following:
  • Water leaks 
  • Low/high pressure
  • Water outage
  • Water quality issues

Street Maintenance
Please call (707) 838-1009 or email us to report the following:
  • Graffiti
  • Malfunctioning streetlights or traffic signals
  • Potholes
  • Public storm drains (blocked/not draining, etc.)
  • Signage (broken/missing, etc.)

After-Hour Emergencies
For after-hour emergencies, call (707) 838-1000 and the standby duty person will be contacted.

Aircraft Noise
To report noise complaints about aircraft, call the aircraft noise complaint hotline at (707) 544-4787. 
  • Give the date and time
  • Give a description of the aircraft
  • Provide the direction of travel, if known 

The complaint will be investigated by the airport to determine if the flight originated there and they will take the appropriate action.


Report Graffiti
To report graffiti, whether on a wall, sidewalk, curb, light pole, sound wall, sign, etc., please call (707) 838-1006 or email us.

Please give the location of the graffiti, your name and telephone number. If you wish, you may attach a photo showing the location of the graffiti.

Report Vandalism in Progress
To report graffiti or any other acts of vandalism in progress, call the Police Department at (707) 838-1234 or (707) 565-2121.
