2021 Special Municipal Election

The Town of Windsor will hold a Special Municipal Election on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, to fill one (1) at-large Council seat vacated by the election of Dominic Foppoli to the At-large Mayor seat. The remaining term expires December 2022.

Note that since this special election is to fill a vacated seat, there are no incumbents and therefore, there will be no extension of the nomination period. If no one or only one person is nominated for an elected office (or, in the case of an office to be elected at-large, the number of persons nominated does not exceed the number of seats to be filled), appointment to the elective office may be made as prescribed by Elections Code §10229.

This special election will be held wholly by mail. Please confirm your voter registration information and address are correctly filed with the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters.
