Celebrating the strong spirit of community in the Town of Windsor

The Windsor Day Parade will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023. The Kiwanis Club of Windsor along with the Town of Windsor and other local service clubs will be joining forces to bring back this community event.

New this year: Immediately following the parade, a festival and concert will be held on the Town Green until 3pm.

Parade Route

The Parade will begin and end at Windsor High School. The participants will begin to stage at the High School at 8:00 am and the roads will be closed at 9:00 am. The parade will take place from approximately 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please make driving plans that avoid the area as roads will be closed along the parade route.

ROUTE

From the Windsor High School North on Windsor Road

East on Windsor River Road to Market Street

North on Market Street to McClelland Drive

West on McClelland Drive past the Town Green to Windsor Road

Parade Route

Note: At the end of the parade, there will be NO two-way parade traffic on Windsor Road heading south to Windsor High School. All vehicles and floats must turn right on to Windsor River Road. Keiser Park is an option to unload riders that need to return back to the High School (walkers in the parade must use the sidewalks at the end of McClelland)
