Shiloh Business Park

Public Hearing Date: Town Council, December 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.

The Town has received a request to develop a light industrial business park on a 45-acre site located at 790 Shiloh Road (APN 059-271-095). Three one-story buildings with 476,686+/- total square feet are proposed with flex spaces to accommodate up to 15 tenants. The proposal includes subdividing the parcel into four lots. Illuminated wall signs are proposed facing Highway 101. The buildings are separated from Highway 101 by a conservation easement.Shiloh Business Park Access to the site would be provided via Pruitt Avenue and a new street connection to Aviation Boulevard. The project requires entitlement approvals for Site Plan and Design Review, Tentative Parcel Map, Rezone to amend the development standards of the “Shiloh Oaks Master Plan” Planned Development, and reduction of a required Agriculture Buffer.
