Overview
To be appointed to the Senior Citizen Advisory Commission, a person shall be nominated by any Town Council member and must receive a vote of a majority of the Town Council favoring the appointment.
If there is a vacancy prior to the completion of a term, the Town Council shall accept a nomination and appoint a replacement Commissioner, in the manner described above, to complete the term of office.
