Submittal Procedure

General
All submittals and resubmittals must include:
  • Completed Map and Improvement Plan Review Submittal Sheet for first time submittal
  • Letter of Transmittal stating the purpose and the information included in the submittal
  • Applicable information listed on the Map and Improvement Plan Review Submittal Sheet

Incomplete submittals will be rejected and returned to the applicant. Completed Map and Plan reviews will be returned to the engineer/surveyor listed on the submittal sheet.

Additional Permits and Approvals - Applicants are responsible for coordinating and obtaining all other agency permits and approvals, including, but not limited to:

Public Works will receive and coordinate Public Off-site Improvement submittals. Building Department will receive and coordinate Private On-site Improvement submittals. Both On-site & Off-site submittals shall be submitted concurrently for complete review of the proposed design.
