Energy Upgrade CA is a new statewide coordinated website that is your one stop shop to plan your project, locate qualified contractors to do the work, and find the rebates and other incentives to help pay for it. The Whole House Program offers up to $4,000 from your utility company, and may be combined with other incentives and financing such as the Sonoma County Energy Independence Program.
