To assist the Town Council in evaluating each applicant in the selection of Commission members, please complete the application form in its entirety and submit electronically. Alternatively, you may print the application out and mail or email it to the Town Clerk's Office.

Applicants must indicate any potential conflicts of interest which may develop from their occupation or financial holdings in relation to the responsibilities as a member of the Commission.
